I’m Kristen. A strategist and designer who leads with curiosity, clarity, and a focus on what actually works. I bring creative to life across paid digital ads. Helping brands connect with real people through design that’s clear, scroll-stopping, and built with purpose.
I’ve worked for brands like ARMRA Colostrum, Lume Deodorant, Everyday Dose, and Miller Lite to shape campaigns, strategize ads, write copy, and build designs that perform across every channel. I care about design that’s not just pretty but performs, usable, and effective.
Outside of work, I’m usually reorganizing a corner of my house, wandering antique shops, or chasing after my toddler (with a coffee in hand). I’m drawn to projects that balance grit and beauty, and I’m at my best when I’m solving creative problems alongside good people.

What I do best

I use Motion to pull CAC, CTR, and spend data so I can see what’s working, what’s tired, and what needs to get killed. Then I concept new ads that make sense for performance, not just vibes. I also use Atria to keep a live pulse on what competitors are running, not to copy, but to outmaneuver.

I write copy that works. Pulled from angles we know convert, plus a few wildcards to see what breaks through. Everything’s tuned to brand voice, built to test, and written with performance in mind. I’m used to writing inside the lines, too: Meta compliance, legal review, science-backed claims, and all the fun stuff that comes with better-for-you products. Still makes you stop scrolling. Still makes people click. Sometimes even makes them smarter.

I brief the designers, approve the assets, tag the variations, and deliver ads that are ready to plug into paid. I work side-by-side with designers, copywriters (when applicable), media buyers, and whitelisters.

Stills, mp4 motion, founder-led, UGC, I make it all look good and convert. I design myself, direct other creatives, and make sure every asset we put out doesn’t just “match the brand,” but moves the needle. I use Motion reports to see what formats are actually earning their keep, then tweak or rebuild based on real results.

I built a system that lets me turn one idea into 20+ testable ads along with a “randomizer” when we’re feeling ballsy. I use AI where it makes sense, and a strategist brain where it doesn’t. It’s how I crank out 100+ variations a week without turning into a content machine that forgot what it’s selling. If Motion shows a winner, I clone and scale. If it flops, I learn and iterate or kill fast.
